Though hard to believe, this print is not the result of two images digitally merged or cut and pasted to produce one image. "Bloom Again" is an original single image, photographed on September 1, 1999 and is registered with The United States Copyright Office. While walking through beautiful Battery Park, admiring all the flowers, I was curious how my new Canon digital camera would take a close-up of a particular hibiscus that had caught my eye. Kneeling down, looking through the viewfinder, The World Trade Center just happened to be there as a perfect background for the amazing flower. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this image will go directly to charities benefiting The World Trade Center disaster relief efforts.
